London HQ, Consolidation & Relocation Programme

G4S announced in 2018 it was due to close Sutton Park House.  We were appointed to oversee the seamless integration of Sutton Park House operations, equipment and assets into Southside HQ and Gillingham Street.

The project involved working closely with key stakeholders in both Southside and Sutton Park House to identify assets for transfer, undertaking an indepth analysis to help determine the best and most suitable workplace adjacencies and future work locations for relocating staff and departments.

The client brief required our team to fully understand the culture of the organisation, its broad operating functions and existing working practices in order to clearly define the business needs, understand business adjacencies and develop flexible workplace solutions.  Our methodical, agile and engaging manner to this complex project ensured staff, equipment and operations were smoothly integrated into a busy existing operating environment in London with minimal disruption.
