Development of a complex accommodation strategy and innovative concept design 

Manchester Metropolitan University appointed iPWC to support them with the development of an accommdation strategy and concept design solution for this complex requirement.   As part of the MMU Masterplan there was a need to quickly and efficiently relocate a number of key service teams from their John Dalton Campus, including Estates Operations and the Print / Post facility to Birchall Way.

Our team engaged with the business stakerholder from the onset of our appointment to understand their requirements, needs and expectations.  We achieve this despite the lockdown through a series of 1:1 interviews, meetings, workshops and design reviews (using online tools) to create a soltuion that not only met the customer requirements but exceeded the expectations of the users involved.

We're currently supporting the detail design and development by the MMU term contractor in order to facilitate the delivery of the project prior to December 2020.
