Accommodation Strategy and Concept Design

Manchester Metropolitan University appointed iPWC to develop an accommdation strategy and concept design solution for the IT and Estates, Facilities and Capital Development Team.   As part of the MMU Masterplan there was a need to relocate these teams their current office on Oxford Road to enable the Manchester Institute or Sport facility to be developed in time for the 2021 acadeic year.

Our team engaged with the business stakerholders from the onset of our appointment to understand their requirements, needs and expectations.  We achieve this through a series of 1:1 interviews, meetings, workshops and design reviews to create a soltuion that not only met the customer requirements but exceeded the expectations of the users involved.
